Sony Is Being Sued For Patent Violation

A Target Technology Company, Canada has sued Sony on the basis of patent violation. According to the firm, they have taken a patent on 2006, which was violated by Sony. They claim that Sony had broken their patent on Blu-ray name. They have raised the case on the basis of intellectual property. Target Technology had stated that they want a strict ban on Sony from using their patent rights in the mere future. They also have urged for a compensation for the same. Though till date, Sony had not made any remark on the matter but it seems that throughout this year the Sony legal team had to really work very hard to overcome all the allegations.
